Author Biography
Professor Tachia Chin is a faculty member at the School of Management, Zhejiang University of Technology. With a rich background in both industry and academia, she earned her Ph.D. from Jinan University and completed her postdoctoral research at Sun Yat-sen University. Before entering academia, she served as a senior executive in human resources and corporate social responsibility for foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises across Singapore, Taipei, and coastal China, accumulating over a decade of professional experience. Professor Chin's research expertise lies in cross-cultural management, knowledge management, strategic human resource management, leadership, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI) in organizational innovation and manufacturing transformation. She is particularly dedicated to bridging global management theories with East Asian management practices. She has published over 100 scholarly articles in top-tier international journals, including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Production Economics, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. Her research has made a significant impact in the fields of organizational behavior and technology management. Professor Chin currently serves as Deputy Editor of Asia Pacific Business Review, Senior Editor of the Journal of Knowledge Management, and Editorial Board Member of Chinese Management Studies. In addition, she has been invited multiple times to act as Guest Editor for special issues in international journals, promoting interdisciplinary topics such as knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and cultural psychology.

Author Biography
Dr. Xin (Robert) Luo is a Distinguished Professor of Management Information Systems and Endowed Dean’s Professor of Research Excellence at the Robert O. Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico (UNM), where he also serves as Special Assistant to the Dean for Research Advancement. Recognized globally for his research productivity, he was ranked No.1 worldwide (2022–2024) in the AIS Senior Scholars List of Premier Journals and is included in Stanford University and Elsevier’s Top 2% Global Scientists list. His research focuses on behavioral information systems security, consumer privacy, E-/M-commerce, social commerce, and emerging technologies—such as blockchain, cloud computing, and green IS—for strategic business decision-making, with a cross-cultural IT management perspective. Dr. Luo has published in top-tier journals including Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, and Information & Management. He has also secured research funding from the NSF and NSA and brings prior industry experience as a business associate, web project manager, and senior web developer in both China and the U.S.
